Covid-19 had exposed certain learning and health inequalities and the work is ongoing across the board to ensure that voices are heard and that the gaps are bridged positively and constructively. It is really important that we get a good representation.
The survey will help HMRC:
– Expand our understanding of the characteristics and behaviours of taxpayers who can’t or won’t use HMRC digital services
– Understand the barriers to using digital services for this group of taxpayers
– Understand more about the support channels these taxpayers use and if COVID-19 has altered people’s behaviours when seeking help
