Glossophobia is a social phobia that causes strong fears that are out of proportion to what you’re experiencing or thinking about. The word derives from the Greeks: γλῶσσα glōssa, meaning tongue; and φόβος phobos, fear or dread.

Speech is the action of speaking out loud while Anxiety is the feeling of worry, tension or concern that manifests when thinking that negative things will occur.
